If you know anything about me, you would know that I’m huge fan of the Real Madrid! I mean even the security guys on campus know that I am. I guess you just can’t hide that you are a hardcore soccer fan when it’s the season of football. But I don’t regard myself as a typical football fan because I am more into Spanish, Italian or even French footballers than the super football stars in the Britain. But I have to admit there a quite a few British bands that I admired like a god. Anyway, get back to the point… So, while all my peers are still sticking their eyes to this season’s BPL fixtures, I have all my eyes on the La Liga!
Last Saturday was my saddest day in a month though. I am dying to watch the Valencia CF VS Real Madrid that night but at the same time, I needed to work real late at the studio for my final term project. People around me, who are definitely not into football, kept telling me that I could always watch re-run or highlights on TV. They just don’t get it! A real football fan could stay up all night for the games even if it means that have to walk and talk like a zombie the next day at school or office! Anyway, after I’d finished up my project and missed the game totally, the first thing I did? Log on to my favourite website wsn.com where I get the livescore and find my bookmakers on daily basis. To knew that Real Madrid won the game, my saddest day in a month was not that sad afterall.
